Mr. Nastars has been with Meritrust since 2013 and in the credit union and banking industries for 28 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Within the Wichita community, he serves on the Boards of Kansas Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Support for Catholic Schools, LLC, and the Greater Wichita Partnership’s Leadership Council. Within the credit union industry, Mr. Nastars serves on the Board of the Heartland Credit Union Association, as Chairperson of the Heartland Credit Union Foundation and on the CUNA National Credit Union Roundtable Advisory Council.


Randy Doerksen

Mr. Doerksen joined Meritrust in 2014 following 26 years as CFO at Friends University in Wichita. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his MBA from Friends University. In his current role, he oversees accounting and finance, asset-liability management, payroll and benefits, facilities and information technology. Within the Wichita community, he currently serves on the Board of the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation.


Jamie Harrison

Ms. Harrison has been with Meritrust since 2005 and in the credit union and banking industries for 18 years. Ms. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wichita State University and her MBA from Newman University. In her current role at Meritrust, she oversees the retail branch delivery channel, consumer lending, marketing and corporate communications and business development. Within the local community, she serves on the Board of CASA of Sedgwick County. Ms. Harrison serves as an Honorary Commander for the McConnell AFB 184th Intelligence Wing, as a mentor for several community groups, a volunteer for the Wichita Downtown Rotary Club’s Reading is Fundamental Program and a speaker for the WSU Barton School of Business Professional Edge program. In 2015, Ms. Harrison was named the Wichita Area Marketing Association Marketer of the Year.


Wade Bruendl

Mr. Bruendl has been with Meritrust since 1995 and in the financial services industry for 28 years. He earned is Bachelors of Business Administration from Baker University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees strategic planning, card services, member contact center and the mobile, online and ATM delivery channels. Mr. Bruendl also serves on the Board of Constellation Digital Partners, LLC. Within the Wichita and Benton communities, he serves on the Board of Larksfield Place and in committee leadership in Benton Church.

Mr. Davidson has been with Meritrust since 2007 and in the credit union and banking industries for 35 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business Management from Wichita State University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees business and commercial services and real estate lending. Within the Wichita and Andover communities, he is involved with Young life.


Karen Callaway

Ms. Callaway has been with Meritrust since 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern College. In her current role at Meritrust, she oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, collections, security, quality assurance and business continuity. Ms. Callaway is certified as a Credit Union Compliance Expert, a Credit Union Risk Management Expert and as a GIAC Security Leader. Within the Wichita community, she serves on the Board of Dress for Success Wichita, is a Big Sister with Kansas Big Brothers/Big Sisters and volunteers for Junior Achievement.


Evan Wilson

Mr. Wilson has been with Meritrust since 2008 and in the credit union and banking industry for 29 years. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees human resources, recruiting, talent development, member engagement, employee engagement and financial education. Mr. Wilson serves on community boards of Junior Achievement; both in Wichita and also the Kansas Executive Board, and FOCUS International. He serves as a mentor for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s YPW Program, serves on the United Way Allocations Committee and serves in multiple roles in his church. Within the credit union industry, Mr. Wilson volunteers with the Heartland Credit Union Association as a trainer in the CULead program.


Cliff Shoff

Cliff Shoff has been with Meritrust since 2004 and in the financial services technology industry for 18 years. He earned his Bachelor of Management from Baker University and holds SANS GSEC and GPEN certifications. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees information technology, data analytics, networks systems and technology infrastructure. Mr. Shoff is a member of the Technology Committees for Fiserv DNA, Heartland Credit Union Association, and Constellation Digital Partners, LLC.


Gabe Schlickau

Mr. Schlickau has been with Meritrust since 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Kansas State University. In his current role, he oversees business development, the retail branch delivery channel and wealth management. Within the local community, Mr. Schlickau serves on the Board of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce and is the Board Chair for the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas. He also volunteers for the Wichita Downtown Rotary Club’s Reading is Fundamental Program and 4-H Youth Development.
