Dr. Marci Johnson
President and CEO
Mr. Nastars has been with Meritrust since 2013 and in the credit union and banking industries for more than 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Within the Wichita community, he serves on the Boards of Kansas Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Support for Catholic Schools, LLC, and the Greater Wichita Partnership's Leadership Council. Within the credit union industry, Mr. Nastars serves on the Board of the Heartland Credit Union Association, as Chairperson of the Heartland Credit Union Foundation, on the CUNA National Credit Union Roundtable Advisory Council, and on the Board of MEMBERS Development Corporation (MDC), the credit union's research and development Credit Union Service Organization.
SVP Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Doerksen joined Meritrust in 2014 following 26 years as CFO at Friends University in Wichita. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his MBA from Friends University. In his current role, he oversees accounting and finance, asset-liability management, payroll and benefits, and facilities and construction. Within the Wichita community, he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Wichita State Institute for the Study of Economic Growth and the Board of the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation.
SVP Chief Growth Officer
Ms. Harrison has been with Meritrust since 2005 and in the credit union and banking industries for more than two decades. Ms. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wichita State University and her MBA from Newman University, and she is Design-Thinking certified. In her current role at Meritrust, she drives sustainable growth by aligning strategy, innovation and collaboration. She leads organizational membership and consumer deposit growth strategies, marketing/communication and brand equity initiatives, community partnership/engagement efforts and governmental affairs. Within the local community she serves on the Maize Education Foundation Board, the Wichita Chamber Board, the Greater Wichita Partnership Strategy Team and as a mentor for several community groups. In 2019, Ms. Harrison was named a CU Rock Star by Credit Union Magazine for her innovation in propelling the credit union movement and a Woman Who Leads in Financial Services by the Wichita Business Journal.
SVP Chief Digital Officer
Mr. Bruendl has been with Meritrust since 1995 and in the financial services industry for more than three decades. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from Baker University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees digital banking, digital channel strategy and remote banking delivery. Mr. Bruendl also serves on the Board of Constellation Digital Partners, LLC. Within the Wichita and Benton communities, he serves on the Board of Larksfield Place and in committee leadership in Benton Church.
SVP Chief Business Officer
Mr. Davidson has been with Meritrust since 2007 and in the credit union and banking industries for 35 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business Management from Wichita State University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees business banking (lending and deposits), real estate lending, and insurance services. Within the Wichita and Andover communities, he is involved with Young life.
SVP Chief Risk Officer
Ms. Callaway has been with Meritrust since 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern College. In her current role at Meritrust, she oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, special accounts, quality assurance and business continuity planning and project management. Ms. Callaway is certified as a Credit Union Compliance Expert, a Credit Union Risk Management Expert and as a GIAC Security Leader. Within the Wichita community, she serves on the Board of Dress for Success Wichita, is a Big Sister with Kansas Big Brothers/Big Sisters and volunteers for Junior Achievement.
SVP Chief Experience Officer
Mr. Wilson has been with Meritrust since 2008 and in the credit union and banking industry for more than 30 years. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees human resources, recruiting, talent development, member engagement, employee engagement and financial education. Mr. Wilson serves on community boards of Junior Achievement; both in Wichita and also the Kansas Executive Board, and FOCUS International. He serves as a mentor for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce's YPW Program, serves on the United Way Allocations Committee and serves in multiple roles in his church. Within the credit union industry, Mr. Wilson volunteers with the Heartland Credit Union Association as a trainer in the CULead program.
SVP Chief Information Officer
Cliff Shoff has been with Meritrust since 2004 and in the financial services technology industry for more than 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Management from Baker University and holds SANS GSEC and GPEN certifications. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees business systems, technology infrastructure and security, information systems, emerging technologies and software development. Mr. Shoff is a member of the Technology Committees for Fiserv DNA, Heartland Credit Union Association, and Constellation Digital Partners, LLC.
VP Chief Retail Officer
Joley Riley serves as VP/Chief Retail Officer. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking - University of Wisconsin and has 25 years in banking experience. In her role at Meritrust, Joley oversees retail banking, branch and deposit operations, consumer lending and wealth management. In the community, Joley serves on the Wichita Crime Commission and on the fundraising committee for The Independent School.
