Communication with the CEO
Employees have the opportunity to communicate directly with our CEO, James Nastars, through several different channels. It is not uncommon for an employee to meet and speak with James on their first day at Meritrust. Additionally, employees can sign up to have lunch with James and get the opportunity to regularly hear from him through the Dear James Blog. Open communication is welcome and encouraged at Meritrust!

Meritrust takes pride in caring for our employees. Medical, dental and vision programs are offered with comprehensive coverage at very reasonable rates. Meritrust is self-insured, meaning we pay all employee claims ourselves while keeping costs down for our employees. There is a 60-day waiting period for benefit eligibility.
Paid Time Off / Paid Holidays
Meritrust's Paid Time Off (PTO) program provides employees the flexibility to use their accrued days in any fashion the employee desires. PTO begins accruing on the date of hire and accrues incrementally each pay period, up to 120 hours per year for the first two years of employment. Employees also receive up to ten paid federal holidays, as well as a birthday holiday. We love to celebrate at Meritrust.
We’ve got our employees' retirement needs covered. Meritrust offers both traditional 401k plan and Roth options. Meritrust matches a percentage of what employees contribute based on a tiered system.
