Paid time off
Meritrust's Paid Time Off (PTO) program provides employees the flexibility to use their accrued days in any fashion the employee desires. PTO begins accruing on the date of hire and accrues incrementally each pay period, up to 120 hours per year for the first two years of employment. Additionally, employees receive up to ten paid federal holidays as well as a paid day off annually for their birthday.
Committed to providing equal advancement opportunities as well as opportunities for employees' educational and personal growth, Meritrust offers tuition assistance for both regular full-time and part-time employees. Regular part-time employees will be eligible for up to $3,000 reimbursement per calendar year. Regular full-time employees are eligible to receive up to 15 credit hours reimbursement per calendar year.
