What is Meritrust Mobile?

Meritrust Mobile is designed with convenience in mind. It will continue to provide you with the digital banking features you use every day. It will also include some additional features, like turning your Meritrust debit and credit card on/off as needed, travel monitoring on your cards, transaction management and other tools that bring you elevated security right at your fingertips.

Why are we switching to Meritrust Mobile?

Meritrust Mobile is more than just a new app. It is a transition for our digital banking services that lets us deliver the tools that make conducting your banking business convenient.

How will this switch affect me?

Since this is a new app, you will need to switch from our current online and mobile banking app and sign up for Meritrust Mobile. If you use our mobile app, this means you'll have to download the new Meritrust Mobile app.

Do I need to sign up or re-enroll in order to use Meritrust Mobile?

Yes, you will need to follow the self-service prompts once you download the app to sign up/re-enroll for Meritrust Mobile.

I tried logging in with my username and password from the old app--but it didn't work. Why?

Even if you used our previous online and mobile banking platform, you will need to sign up for Meritrust Mobile. You can do this by downloading the app or accessing Meritrust Mobile in a web browser. Then, click "Sign Up or Re-enroll".

Will I need to change my username and password in Meritrust Mobile?

In most cases, you can use the same username you used in our previous online and mobile banking platform, but you will need to create a new password through the Meritrust Mobile sign-up/re-enrollment process. Downloading, signing up for and accessing the new banking app will be free, just like it is today.

Will I be able to continue using the old Meritrust Credit Union app?

Does Meritrust Mobile replace Meritrust+?

No, Meritrust+ is a companion app for our checking accounts and powered by BaZing that gives access to additional features and benefits. If you have downloaded that app, you should continue using it to access the checking account benefits. You will use the new Meritrust Mobile app for 24/7 access to your accounts.

Am I going to have to set up all my automatic payments again? What about External Account Transfers?

No, your automatic payments set up either by Meritrust or by you in the current online banking system will continue as scheduled.
